Order Processing

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from one of our warehouses, depending on stock availability. Our warehouses are located in the UK, EU, Asia, and Australia.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched and leaves our warehouse, standard parcel delivery times apply. In most cases, Needlework Kits orders arrive within approximately 5–15 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier operations, or peak periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your delivery address.
